She always went ahead, helping me more than my expectations in all the challenges that I came across in this house hunting journey. And trust me, there were way too many of those, not being fully prepared beforehand. Being a first time home buyer, I had quite little cognizance about the home buying process as a whole. I had faced uncountable challenges in my journey of finding and owning a close-to-ideal home. The list includes a hell lot of paperwork, documents arrangements and verifications, well drafted communications on time, several rounds of negotiation, finding a great lender, guiding me with crazy paperwork, and not to forget the most challenging one, the financing part. It was unbelievable to be closing in less than 18 days, with numerous unimaginable exceptions. She was always available to answer almost all my questions, no matter how much research had to be done around them. She is highly professional in dealing with the seller, seller's Realtor® and third parties involved, and always guided me to make the correct decision in time. Most of the Realtors® are done after closing the property, however this isn't the case with her. I still go back to her for most of my queries.
